Family with Young Children
I was surprised the room only came with 1 towel. My door handle did not work and I was locked out of my room for the night and could not get in until 9:30 the next morning. I was then moved to a third room. My key was not programed for my whole stay so I was locked out again when I returned late in the evening. Traveling as Couple
It seems like they don't check if the room is functioninig as it's supposed to. We got no TV remote, and the door was not locked when we closed it from the outside.
